Master chef Peter Vogelnik and his family started writing the story of štruklje in 1998 in Planinski dom in Kofce, where, in addition to classic curd štruklje, he also began to develop the first seeds of modern štruklje.
In 2014, the brand Moji štruklji Slovenije was developed, which is a synonym for high-quality, handmade štruklje made from local and homemade ingredients with sweet and salty fillings.
In Štrukljarnica, around 30 types of various types of štruklje are on offer daily, including those in a vegan version.
The dough is not made by flour, but by hand!
All štruklji of the brand Moji štruklji Slovenije are handmade from leavened or pulled dough from buckwheat or wheat flour.
